Sara holds a B.A. from University College Dublin and a diploma in Event Management from the Fitzwilliam Institute. While in UCD she produced (amongst others) Someone Who'll Watch Over Me by Frank McGuinness, Macbeth and Othello by William Shakespeare and The Zoo Story by Edward Albee, winner of Best Overall Production at ISDA 2008. In 2007 she was the Chairperson of UCD Dramatic Society where she initiated the annual show for Leaving Certificate students.
Since then she produced Fr. Ted: The Play for Feck/Arse Productions and Crystal's House for Classic Stage Ireland and has held various administrative roles in Tall Tales Theatre Company; The Old Vic, London and the Ulster Bank Dublin Theatre Festival. For Wonderland Priductions she started out with "The Picture of Dorian Gray", currently on tour around Ireland.
